To filter the list, in the search text box, type the model, serial number, or friendly name of a device or license.To sort the list, click a column header name.To navigate the list of activated products: The Manage Products page shows a list of all activated products in your WatchGuard account. Or, on the Support Center Home page, in the Manage Your Products section, click See All. On the Support Center Home page, select My WatchGuard > Manage Products.If you are a WatchGuard Partner, in the Partner portal, click Support Center.Log in with your WatchGuard account user name and password.On the Manage Products page on the WatchGuard Portal, you can see a list of all WatchGuard devices and licenses activated in your account.
Once the new key is received, contact Customer Service for a new license file based on the new Sentinel Key's number.Manage Devices and Licenses in the WatchGuard Portal Contact Customer Service to exchange your key for a new one. If the Sentinel Key number is not displayed, the Sentinel key may be defective. Once the License Manager has been installed, run Display Hardware Key Status.
A final test of the key would be to install the key and the License Manager on another Windows system.Contact a System Administrator for help to correct the parallel port communication. If it does not print, the parallel port is misconfigured or bad.
